How long will my custom order take?+

How do I pay for a custom commission?+
Custom designs start at $175. After your request is accepted and we agree on the final quote, you’ll receive a secure payment link. No payment is required to request a quote.
Can I return a custom order?+
Custom and personalized pieces are final sale, with limited exceptions for damage, workmanship defects, an incorrect item, or a piece that materially differs from the approved design. See the complete policy below.

Custom and personalized pieces are created for one specific reader, so they cannot ordinarily be restocked or resold.
Custom orders are final sale
Custom rebinds cannot be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind, minor handmade variations, normal wear, damage after delivery, or design details submitted incorrectly by the customer.
When I’ll make it right
If your order arrives damaged, contains a genuine workmanship defect, is the wrong item, or is materially different from the design you approved, contact Khaos2Kreations within 3 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Available solutions
After the issue is reviewed, the appropriate solution may be a repair, replacement, or refund. Please contact me before sending anything back; unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
Cancellations
Submitting a custom request does not require payment. Cancellation terms for an accepted commission are confirmed with your final quote before payment.
